Schrodinger's Catboy

Vectored from an image from Hellsing volume 7 (I think). Then I added a few touches of my own. Experimented with a different coloring style here - turned out OK. I was initially going to use this for a wallpaper to submit over at animepaper.net, but my wallpaper muse has since disappeared. So now I just have this amusing picture. *shrug*

Vectored in PS CS2 - took about 6-8 hours total.

EDIT: Since I get this comment a lot - no Schrodinger is NOT actually a werewolf in the manga or anime. Kouta Hirano, the writer and artist of the Hellsing manga and creator of the character, has referred to Schrodinger as a cat boy. The military unit he serves in is referred to as Werewolf ( [link] ). This is in reference to the thought experiment in quantum mechanic's known as "Schrodinger's Cat" ( [link] ). In Hellsing, Schrodinger can "be everywhere and no where at once" and this is a play on the Copenhagen interpretation of the thought experiment, where the cat is both alive and dead at once.
